Delete your KlarVPN account

Sad to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. 01

    Open your profile

    In KlarVPN, go to Profile and select Delete Account.

  2. 02

    Confirm your email

    Type the email address associated with your account to confirm your request.

  3. 03

    Delete permanently

    Select Permanently Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email
  • All active VPN tunnels and sessions
  • All device sign-ins

Our Privacy Policy explains how long certain records may be retained after deletion.

Cancel an active subscription first

Active subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Play Store before you can delete your account. Deleting your KlarVPN account does not cancel a store subscription.

Need help deleting your account?

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your KlarVPN account. Use “Delete my KlarVPN account” as the subject. Our support team may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing it.
